Accommodation runs from a plain single through family and city-view grades to a suite, with a spa and a gym on the lower levels. Six named function rooms and a banqueting side handle the meetings trade, which is what fills the place outside the summer. The kitchen leans on steak and on fresh fish shown at the table, and the first meal of the day can be sent up instead of taken down.
