Its colours are those of the two flags, which is the detail most passers-by miss.

It is not a major sight and does not pretend to be one: a few minutes on the way between the square and the Pazari i Ri market, with benches around it that make it a standard meeting point for locals. Worth knowing mainly because it explains the flags and the name, which otherwise puzzle most visitors.
