The ride takes about a quarter of an hour, and at the top a terrace looks back over the whole of Tirana to the coast on a clear day, with a restaurant named for that outlook, a hotel in the tower beside it, an adventure park, minigolf and a children's playground.

The lower station is reached from the centre on the blue Porcelan bus, which leaves from the clock tower and takes twenty to thirty minutes, with a short uphill walk at the end; the operator also runs its own minibus and publishes a negotiated taxi rate. It closes one day a week, so check before going.
