Personalised pieces such as wooden puzzles are made to order at no extra charge.

The operator describes each product's origin rather than simply its price, which is rare in the capital's gift trade, and it ships worldwide, so a heavier order can follow a visitor home rather than travel in the hand luggage. Orders are taken by message as well as at the counter.
