It is a marketplace. The vehicles belong to local Albanian rental firms and Cria arranges the reservation between renter and owner. The practical consequence is that the terms attached to any given car come from that owner, so they vary between listings rather than following one company policy.

Tirana airport and the city are covered, along with towns spread across the coast and the interior including Durres, Vlore, Saranda, Shkoder, Berat and Korce. That spread is what makes a one-way itinerary possible in a single booking rather than as two separate rentals.

A credit card is not required to make the booking, and a filter shows only cars that carry no deposit. Where a deposit does apply it is set and collected by the owning company at handover, not by the platform, so check the individual listing before reserving.

Only with advance permission from the company that owns it, and not every vehicle is eligible. Additional insurance may be required and extra fees can apply. Raise the crossing before booking rather than at collection, because eligibility varies from one listing to the next.

A small reservation amount is taken online at the time of booking and the rest is paid directly to the owner when you collect. Free cancellation runs to seven days before collection by default, though each company sets its own window and it is shown on the listing.
