It is operated by the city's parking authority, which runs both of the capital's terminals.

The detail that catches people out is the location: it lies west of the city at Kashar, out past the ring road rather than in the centre, so allow for a taxi or a city bus to reach it and do not plan on walking. Departures for the longer southern routes tend to go early in the morning. Buying at the terminal is normal practice, though seats on the popular summer coastal runs are worth securing ahead.
