Genci Selimaj set it up after working in a Greek pastry kitchen, and the Greek influence shows in the biscuit and syrup-pastry side of the counter.

The cake list is organised around occasions rather than flavours: themed cakes for children's parties, a wedding tier, and a plainer line for anyone who just wants something with coffee, alongside cupcakes and confetti. A newer bread line built on natural ingredients sits beside the sweets, which is why the same counter serves the district at breakfast as well as after dinner.
