The kitchen works to a fine dining concept with an amuse-bouche to open, à la carte plates such as veal cheek and a wild mountain strawberry dessert, and premium dry-aged cuts, with gluten-free and lactose-free options written into the menu.

It runs from morning until late, so the same room serves an afternoon tea that the hotel promotes heavily, and in the evening local bands play jazz, Latin and classical sets.
