The cooking is Mediterranean, light and creative, under executive chef Marco Cappelletti, who rewrites the menu as the seasons change and works from what the operator describes as first-choice Italian raw materials.

It serves lunch on weekdays and dinner six nights a week, with a bar list for an aperitif at the window before the meal, and the wine list leans Italian, with Sicilian bottles such as a Grillo and a Cerasuolo di Vittoria singled out. The view across the city at dusk is the reason to book, and the kitchen is the reason to stay.
