Tirana Apartments

Apartments are the default choice for anyone staying more than a couple of nights in Tirana. The city's building boom left a very large short-let stock, and a one-bedroom flat in a central block often costs less than a mid-range hotel room while giving you a kitchen and a washing machine.

Blloku flats put you above the restaurants and the noise that comes with them. Buildings around the Grand Park and in Tirana e Re are quieter and still close enough to walk in. Lifts are not universal in older blocks, so check the floor, and confirm how keys are handed over before you arrive.
