It runs to fifty-four thousand square metres and combines chain stores, restaurants and cafes, offices, a five-star hotel and parking under one roof, with the football ground in the middle.

For a visitor it is the closest thing the capital has to a modern mall within walking distance of the main boulevard, and its rooftop and upper terraces give a view over the city that the operator promotes as much as the shops. A pharmacy and an electronics store sit among the tenants.
