Viewpoints in Tirana
The best view of Tirana is from Mount Dajti, reached by the Dajti Ekspres cable car from the eastern edge of the city. The ride takes about fifteen minutes and lifts you well over a thousand metres, with the whole plain and, on a clear day, the Adriatic laid out below.
Inside the city, the Sky Tower's revolving bar makes a slow full turn above the centre. The rebuilt Pyramid has external steps to its apex and costs nothing. The Ottoman Clock Tower on Skanderbeg Square gives the oldest and lowest view, up a tight spiral stair.
